[He ducks his head shyly.]

I... I have a small treat for you. Since you can enjoy them.

[ Xingchen is precious and sweet. This dragon adores him! ]

Oh? Shall I come to you so you can give me a gift on your precious day?

It would make me very happy to give you this gift. I...baked it myself.

[In a very special shape too!]

[ His eyes widen slightly as his heart skips a beat. What else could he possibly do but bring himself to his sweet one?

He does so, and shyly reaches for Xingchen. ]

You are a gift, Xiao Xingchen. Your love.

[On the table beside Xingchen, there is a cake. Xingchen welcomes Runyu with a wide smile and he hurries forward, embracing him.]

But this was such a cute idea! I worked with a baker on the details, but I did the work. The bottom layer is a chocolate cake and the little stump is something called...a rice krispie treat? It's supposed to be delicious.

[ Runyu immediately wraps his arms around his sweet lover before even looking at the cake. When he does, he smiles and kisses Xingchen's temple. ]

It's a very cute cake. Do you want me to describe the sensations and taste to you?

Isn't it? I'm proud of the little dragon. He's not beautiful like you, but I see him as more of a...forest dragon. [He chuckles.] He protects his mushroom friends.

[Xingchen snuggles against Runyu and kisses his cheek.]

Only if you want to. All I care about is it tastes good to you, love.

[ The tips of his ears turn pink at the compliment and he squeezes Xingchen a little. ]

I'm not sure I can eat the little dragon. I might have to protect him! And some of his cute friends.

[ Oh. His heart warms and he claims a soft kiss from Xingchen's sweet lips. Impulse takes him and he moves to sweep Xingchen up in his arms to carry him back to the table where the cake is before taking a seat, settling the man in his lap. ]

[Seeing Runyu pleased is the gift he had wanted, truly. His heart is full and he can't stop smiling.]

He would appreciate your thoughtfulness. [He giggles at the idea of protecting some of his creations, his eyes widening when he is swept up into strong arms. He hugs Runyu around his neck and returns the soft kiss tenderly.]

Mm I like this seat.

[ Xingchen's smile is worth everything. Runyu chuckles softly as he gets comfortable with his lover in his lap. He claims another kiss just because. ]

I had hoped you wouldn't mind.

How could anyone mind? [He laughs breathlessly and embraces Runyu, kissing the shell of his ear.] Want me to cut you a piece? I'll avoid the dragon, I promise.

[ His ears flush darker at the kiss! Runyu curls his arms tighter around his sweet love and smiles softly at him. ]

You could...feed me, if you want.

Mmm I could! [Xingchen grins and dares to kiss his dragon, taking his time to let Runyu know he is truly loved.] Promise to lick my fingers clean?

[ He's in love with an imp! He sighs into the kiss that lingers and warms him all the way to his soul. ]

Mm. I promise.

[Two, actually! Xingchen nuzzles their noses together and then gets to cutting a sizeable piece for his love. He cuts a bite-size piece with a fork and offers it to Runyu.]

Try the chocolate cake first.

[ And he loves how they tease him!

Xingchen feeding him means he gets to keep cuddling him! Runyu leans in to take the bite from the fork, gaze not straying from the handsome man. Chocolate explodes on his tongue and he hums, enjoying the fluffy texture. ]

It's delicious.

[Runyu likely hasn't experienced much - if any - teasing born out of love. That's all he will get from Xingchen and Xue Yang!

He grins and tilts his head, beaming at the reaction. Kissing A-Yu right now would be...perilous. On the lips, that is. So he instead places a warm kiss on his lover's brow.]

I wanted it to be. Now let's get you some of this...krispie...

[The next piece he feeds to Runyu with his fingers, blushing as he does so.]

[ Not out of the kind of love he has with Xingchen and Xue Yang. Brotherly teasing, yes. But not his lovers' style of playfulness that warms him straight through.

The kiss might not be on the lips, but it still melts his heart and he leans into the affection. He rubs a gentle hand along Xingchen's side in answer, treasuring holding this beautiful man so close.

The next bite has his cheeks pink as well, and little silver scales appear along his neck and temples. But he diligently, gently, takes the offered morsel with teeth...but those fingers are tenderly licked and sucked clean. A slow blink and he hums with a shy little smile. ]

Mm...also delicious. An interesting texture though.

[Their love and teasing won't end in heartache. It won't end in loss, regret and jealousy. Xingchen will eventually go down that path himself and he knows of it - thanks to Xue Yang and Zichen. He can at least avoid it and love his dear ones here, openly and without lies.

He rubs over Runyu's chest and he dips his head, nuzzling the pretty scales on his A-Yu's neck. Then he kisses the scales on his temples. His dragon is so handsome and so sweet!

A gasped breath follows the sucking and Xingchen shivers.]

Mm they are like hard, puffy grains of rice that stick together with...something called marshmallows? They were fun to form!

[ Runyu is determined to find them whenever they eventually leave this world. The scales he's given them will help, he's sure of it. But until then, he's determined to love them with all he is.

His eyes close at the nuzzling and kisses to his scales, a shiver runs through him and he hums, letting his head tilt a little. Inviting Xingchen to kiss and touch any part of him the sweet man wants.

The gasp pleases him, a soft smile appearing and he kisses those fingers just because. ]

Yes. They're sweet and sticky.

[The description brings color to his cheeks. He giggles bashfully and kisses Runyu's chin and cheek, unable to resist. He can think of other situations that are...sweet and sticky! Xue Yang would probably be proud of him for thinking such naughty thoughts!]

A-Yu, I love you. [He offers his dragon another bite of cake with his fingers, watching his lover tenderly.] This is the present I wanted.

[ The mischief in the dragon's eyes might hint he'd spoken purposely. He can't help himself with his two precious ones!

He nudges their noses together before taking that next bite of cake, again making sure to thoroughly clean those fingers in the process. ]

I love you, A-Chen. More than I have the words to express.

[That just amuses him more - and makes him redder! Runyu is cute when he is mischievous and Xingchen loves this side of him.

He bites his lip as the second bite of cake is taken and enjoyed. His fingers tingle and he lets out a little sigh.]

Maybe after the cake, we can spend some time together? [He isn't quite sure how to ask for sex! But this is an attempt.]

[ He manages not to laugh at that cute blush! Be proud!

But oh. That request makes his heart flutter and his eyes drop down to the delightful fingers that have been feeding him. An idea comes to him as to how to answer and he just can't quite help himself. ]

Spend time...getting sticky together? I feel a little bad that I'm getting all these sweets and A-Chen has gotten nothing.

[ Dangerously close to a lie, but more in the flavor of blatant teasing and shy flirting! ]

[His self-confidence appreciates it! Then again, he loves Runyu's laugh, so it probably wouldn't bother him.

Xingchen follows Runyu's gaze and blinks at his fingers.]

...a-ah? [He hides his face behind his hands, trembling at the intensity of what he feels...what he wants...]

I c-could...use a taste of A-Yu...
